It is a requirement of the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong that a Registered Corporation should have at least 2 Responsible Officers.

A Responsible Officer is a licensed representative who is approved by the SFC to supervise the regulated activities of the licensed corporation to which he is accredited.
